The AETEK D60 series of industrial L2 PRO PoE switches is designed with 6 kV Ethernet port surge protection and standard certification to operate between -40 °C and 75 °C in harsh weather conditions. They allow outdoor PoE PDs, such as outdoor IP cameras, wireless access points and other outdoor industrial applications, to be connected to the network.
The D60 series offers multi-port Gigabit PoE (10M/100M/1G), delivering data and power to PoE PDs over a single network cable, plus additional SFP transceiver slots for flexible uplink. The D60 series comprises three sub-models classed as power sourcing equipment (PSE) and offers a PoE budget of up to 30 W or 60 W per port.
In addition to general L2 switch functions such as QoS, security, spanning tree, cable length measurement and SNMP v1/v2c/v3, a dedicated web graphical user interface for IP surveillance makes it easy to configure and manage IP devices. It automatically generates network topology maps, cable diagnostics and PoE management.
The D60 series can automatically discover and classify any ONVIF device, such as network cameras and video servers, with a single mouse click.
